Our Preferred Preparation for Rabbit Leg Meat
First thaw the rabbit legs completely and then delicately brown the meat in a dutch oven. Once browned, remove the rabbit meat and start building a base for a sauce (consider incorporating onions, white wine, butter, chicken stock, whole grain mustard and thyme or sage). Lastly, add the legs back into the oven to simmer with the lid on until the meat is tender.
